Pick-Up Policy

Placing an Order for Pick-Up

Orders must be prepaid in full before pick-up.
Pick-Up Location and Hours

Pick-ups are available at our store located at:

Pick-up hours are:
Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 7pm & Sunday 12pm to 5pm -
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be prepared. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up.
Pick-Up Instructions

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed).

Provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know in advance by emailing us at retroboyzvideo@gmail.com with their name. They will also need to show a photo ID.
Order Hold Policy

Orders will be held for 7 business days after the "Ready for Pick-Up" notification.

If your order is not picked up within this time, it may be canceled, and a restocking fee of 8% may apply.
