Out for Justice is a 1991 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by John Flynn and co-produced by and starring Steven Seagal as Gino Felino, a veteran police detective who sets out to avenge his partner Bobby's murder by killing Richie, the trigger-happy, drug-addicted mafioso culprit.

If a tape is marked by Sealed on the end it is factory sealed, a RS stands for a Reseal which would have been done in the original video store when the movie came out and a CBD stands for a sealed tape that we cannot determine if it is in fact resealed or factory sealed. If there is neither of these in the title than the VHS is opened and used.
